Step Your Kicks Game Up! Lebrons and Toms for the Spring

I don't know if its the pollen in the air, the sand from my new obsession with the beach, or just all the grime of the gritty streets of Hollywood, but my kicks are looking dusty. So, what better time than now to step up the kicks game....

I know in the fashion world, the spring is all about color but I still love my blacks, grays, and whites... So what better sneakers for me than the Lebron 9 sneakers by Nike

These dopey dopes feature Nike Hyperfuse material on the rear, and lightweight lock down where it's needed the most. The supple leather and synthetic upper gives way to a basketball-specific Max Air® 360 unit that's embedded in a Phylon™ midsole. So, they're great for basketball, but even better fashion accessories....

According to the shoe's designer, Jason Petrie, it is the first basketball shoe that features the Flywire technology and Hyperfuse construction in one silhouette. “From the very beginning of the design process for the LeBron 9 we wanted to break the mold with a shoe that maximized the strengths of a triple threat player like LeBron,” said Jason Petrie, Nike Basketball Designer.

You should also grab a pair of Toms Shoes...  Shout out to The Urban Gentleman for his previous review of these...

The shoes come in a variety of colors and textures,
here’s a few of my favorite for men:
Black Burlap$48 (my personal favorite)
VEGAN Khaki Herringbone Stitchout, $65 Chocolate Corduroy Stitchout, $58

And they have very cool packaging:
The shoes come tucked inside their own TOMS drawstring bag.
