Mario Lopez Launches Underwear Line, Rated M

Forget those awrkward times when he played the tough edged Slater on 90s sitcom, Saved by the Bell... Now the actor wants to be called underwear designer...

That's right. Mario Lopez has a new underwear line called ‘Rated M’.

“The ‘M’ stands for masculine, modern, Mario… make it whatever you want it to be. It’s smart, sexy and masculine,” said actor Mario López of his new underwear line called ‘RatedM,’ available now at freshpair.com and at Bloomingdales early next year.

López’s new line of briefs, trunks, tees, tanks, knickers, singlets and long johns come in three different collections, Elementary, Atelier and Play.

The undies line was designed by New York-based apparel masterminds Mad Projects Industries and Mario Lopez for “good-looking men, as well as okay-looking guys, and even some ugly yet charming dudes,” according to the company’s Facebook Page.

Prices range from $7.35 to $15.50 and will hit the shelves of Bloomingdale’s in February.

Trying to capture as much of the market share as he can, Lopes advertises that "RatedM boasts a product line for dudes of all dimensions." (whatever that means...)

Below, the Rated M Elementary Brief is modeled. They feature the company logo on the butt area.. not sure how "manly that is..."

  • Stretch cotton blend fabric features sleek texture and ultra smooth fit
  • Mid to low rise, falls at or just below natural waistline
  • Contour pouch supports and defines
  • Right exit fly
  • Elastic logo waistband

If you prefer a little more coverage, Rated M also comes in a boxer brief... (pictured below)

These undies are cheap so they make the perfect Christmas gift for the man in your life....
