Disizsick Launches Debut Streetwear Collection & Skateboard Decks

Today's designer spotlight is on a dope new streetwear brand, disizsick, that is definitely one to watch. With its roots firmly placed in the skateboarding, graffiti and hip-hop sub-cultures; disizsick has tapped into these influences to make its streetwear debut.

Born out of a desire to cater for ‘people looking for a unique identity’, disizsick has created an eye-catching collection which offers clean yet distinct designs.
Embracing the ‘classic look of American hip-hop’, the collection cleverly plays on iconic visuals, which include Mickey Mouse and Pharaoh heads to create fresh designs with a twist. Chicago Mouse and Los Angeles Pharaoh feature on snapback caps, t-shirts and tank-tops, while skateboard decks incorporate screaming marijuana leafs, and Chicago Mouse camo designs.Kidswear also forms part of the collection.

The strong graphic prints, seen throughout the range, are further enhanced through the use of high-quality fabrics. All designs are available as limited editions only, ensuring the clothes are as unique as the people who wear them. And, later this year, the collection will expand with the addition of cool sweaters and beanies.

The brainchild of business partners, Maryline Vigouroux and Kriss Dassieu; the East London-based brand was born out of a passion for design, style and music. Having immersed themselves in youth and street cultures from a young age, the creative duo now wants to help define streetwear as it is seen today.
"We have been toying with the idea of starting a clothing line for some time. After much research and looking at what else was out on the market, we are confident that now is the time to put our designs out there, and make them known", says Kriss Dassieu co-founder of disizsick.

The release comes just in time for the holiday shopping season. To check out all their hot new pieces, visit their website at http://www.disizsick.com/
