Even though rapper Kanye West famously dropped out of college to pursue his music career! He still has words of wisdom. Yesterday, Kanye West returned to higher education on to give a speech to some really lucky students.
Kanye's mother, Dr. Donda West was a college professor before her untimely death. I'm sure he made momma proud because although the 33-year-old rapper abandoned his English studies at Chicago State University in 1996, he has gone on to huge professional success. Yeezy was asked to address a lecture hall full of students at the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
Kanye and Virgil Abloh, creative director of his DONDA brand, gave a joint lecture as part of their DONDA Design Lecture Series, proudly watched by his fiancé Kim Kardashian, before Kanye’s concert in Boston on Sunday night.
