District attorney's spokeswoman Jane Robison says the rapper, whose real name is Tauheed Epps, was sentenced Monday to an 18-month drug diversion program, and a felony drug possession charge was dropped.
According to the terms of the plea deal, the charges against the Grammy-nominated rapper, best known for his hits "Birthday Song," ''I'm Different" and "Feds Watching., will be dropped if he successfully completes the program.
